Additional construction is currently underway. When completed in Fall 2010, The Crescent and Westview will feature three types of apartments. The majority of the apartments have three bedrooms, a common room, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. There are a few two bedroom apartments scattered through the residence hall. These apartments feature a common room, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.

The Westview section of The Crescent offers four-bedroom apartments. The Westview is the only section that features three single bedrooms and a double bedroom.

All are handicapped accessible and there are elevators throughout the residence hall. Resident assistants will live throughout the building and will be responsible for programming and maintaining a safe environment for the residents. This residence hall option is available to juniors with limited availability for seniors.
