Richard Furman '93, BA mass communications, is producer and director of live surgical webcasts for OR Live, Inc. in West Hartford, Conn. He makes medical information more accessible and easier to comprehend for patients as well as medical professionals. The company produces online video of medical procedures, such as hip replacements and abdominal artery repair.
Lisa Gold '00, BA mass communications, is a radio personality for Long Island's 106.1 BLI station. With her passion for music and people, she says working in radio is her ideal job. Gold keeps listeners in the know with entertainment buzz and local news, and she's in the spotlight at promotional events.
