Client Services computer Client Services is your one-stop shop for technology support. Whether you are having problems with your laptop (Windows or Mac), you need to borrow a camcorder for a class project, or you want help configuring your smartphone, we can help you.

We operate two Technology Centers — one on the Mount Carmel campus and one on the North Haven campus. We employ student workers (known as Technology Support Assistants) to work at these Tech Centers. Every Technology Support Assistant is specially trained to assist other students with their technology-related questions and issues.

We encourage the use of our online Technology Help Request (QU login required), which is the most efficient way to report problems or request technology support. We also provide technical support via telephone at 203-582-HELP (4357). If no one is available when you call, please leave a brief message and you will receive a call back from the next available technician.

Monday to Thursday - 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
