NUR 651 - Family Health Practicum and Seminar I
(3 cr.) This course includes a mentored practicum experience and a clinical seminar. Health promotion and assessment of health problems within family systems are emphasized. Students learn primary care skills including appropriate documentation, differential diagnosis, case presentation and technology utilization with attention to cost-effective and evidence-based approaches to care.
