ED 250 - (uc) Diversity, Dispositions and Multiculturalism
(3 cr.) This course examines the social, economic and political organization of public education in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the implications for historically marginalized populations. This course is required for all five-year MAT students. The course explores diversity and multiculturalism on the individual as well as institutional level, with a focus on concepts such as privilege, discrimination, racism and social transformation.
