|(3 cr.) This interdisciplinary seminar focuses on the
changing distribution of political and economic
power among social groups in American cities.
Special focus is on current urban problems facing
the Greater New Haven urban community, including
transportation, immigration, public education,
poverty, housing and economic development.
Faculty lead students on numerous field trips
into New Haven. Students are required to complete
numerous writing assignments and participate in
