BIO 161 - (UC) Introduction to the Biological Aspects of Science and Society
(3 cr.) This course introduces natural science to the nonscientist with an emphasis on current problems confronting society. Current health and scientific issues in the news are emphasized to help students recognize the importance of science in their daily lives. This course is designed for nonscience majors.
