BMS 276 - Drug Development
 
(3 cr.) In this course, students study the processes required to develop new drugs, as well as the regulations associated with drug development. Topics include drug discovery, preclinical and clinical testing of drugs, pharmaco-economics and legislation associated with drug development. Specific therapeutic drug examples are discussed throughout the course.
