PT 529 - Musculoskeletal II
(4 cr.) This course builds upon information taught in the foundational sciences and is designed to provide the physical therapy major with the knowledge and skills to perform a best practice clinical examination on individuals with musculoskeletal dysfunctions in the foot/ankle, back and neck regions of the body. Given examination findings for stated patients, students are able to: 1) generate a best practice diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care; 2) instruct in best practice therapeutic exercise; and 3) perform basic manual skills.
