MG 355 - Compensation and Benefits
(3 cr.) This course provides students with an understanding of compensation and salary administration in both private and public settings. Additional topics include performance management, pay for performance, employee benefits and overall employee satisfaction. This course provides students with the introduction to compensation analysis skills along with an understanding of best practices in implementing an effective total compensation program in an organization.
