(3 cr.) This study of the female sex and feminine gender emphasizes the distinction between the two. Survey of issues of women's development: socialization, menstruation, self-concept, menopause; and women's roles, productive and reproductive; and the changing conceptions of femininity, masculinity and androgyny.
