I am an Instructor Teaching Professor of Management at Quinnipiac University. I have been teaching at Quinnipiac University since the Fall of 2011, during which time I have taught courses in the management department with my main area of focus on management and organizational behavior and human resource management courses including compensation and benefits. From 2011-2015, as a part time faculty member I taught courses in the management department, freshman business program, career development program and multicultural education program. While teaching part time, I worked in a human resource management role and training/development consulting. My areas of expertise and research include project management, group and team dynamics, generational awareness, women in leadership roles, resource allocation and emotional intelligence. I am an active member of PMI, SHRM and NACADA. In my role as Associate Director of the Center for Women & Business, I work closely with the Director and Co-Associate Director to help women achieve their professional goals through skill-building workshops and motivational events as well as to build a community through networking opportunities. The Center, as part of a thriving three - campus University, provides programs designed to educate and inspire women professionals focused on achieving their personal best through life-long learning.
