The fall of 2011 was my first introduction to the state of Connecticut. Having lived most of my life in the West and desert Southwest, this was the biggest move of my career. Being an Assistant Professor within the Frank H. Netter, MD School of Medicine has afforded me the opportunity to continue teaching Pharmacology and Toxicology, with an emphasis on patient safety.
