The Admissions and Financial Aid Offices are located on the first floor of the Echlin Center on the main quad of the Mount Carmel Campus. We invite you to visit us for an individual interview, a campus tour, group information session or an Open House. We are here year round.
For visits Monday through Friday plus the Saturday information sessions in the Fall and Spring semesters, it's most convenient to use the Harwood "Visitor" Gate, which is just west of the main entrance, and park in the visitor lot. Both entrances are on Mount Carmel Avenue. Please meet at the Admissions Office for all admissions and financial aid appointments and campus tours. If you're stopping by at any other time, please enter at the main entrance, where you will receive a campus map and be able to park and walk around. Please use the links below to access our online appointment calendar. We'll confirm your registration or other appointment with an e-mail. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please use the online system to cancel, which frees up that time for another student and family. Thank you!

Those interested in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Science and Education will want to drive or take the Quinnipiac Shuttle to the North Haven campus by late morning for tours of their facilities and presentations by the faculty in each area. Afternoon sessions provide information on career planning, financing your education, athletics, and other topics.
We encourage all families to stop by the York Hill Campus, home of the TD Bank Sports Center, residence halls and Rocky Top Student Center, with amazing views of the surrounding area. You can use our shuttle bus or it's only a few minutes from the Mount Carmel Campus by car.
You'll receive the full schedule and directions when you register in the morning. The program ends by 3 p.m.
Our group information sessions give you the opportunity to learn more about Quinnipiac from one of our staff, take a student-led campus tour and meet other visiting families. Sessions are offered on selected days in July and August, selected weekdays during the year and most Saturday mornings during the fall and spring semesters. Saturday sessions are held from September until early December, then begin again in late January through early May, with several sessions each day during "spring break" weeks in February and April and during busy summer months.
Each session, which includes a campus tour, lasts about two hours. Please let us know in advance if you plan to attend a session. You can easily register for the group information session most convenient for you through our online admissions appointment calendar. You do not need to register for a tour time as the tour is included in the session. Please plan ahead.
Transfer Student Information Sessions
Learn more about the University and how to transfer to Quinnipiac from one of our transfer admissions counselors. Each session, which includes a tour of the Mount Carmel Campus, lasts about two hours.
Special group information sessions for prospective transfer students are held in late November, January and March. If you are unable to attend an information session, please attend an open house or set up a tour. Visit the admissions appointment calendar. Questions? Please email or call 800-462-1944.
We enjoy the opportunity to talk with students interested in Quinnipiac. You can schedule an individual interview (recommended but not required in the admission process) Monday through Friday throughout the year. Interviews should be scheduled well in advance. Students and parents will have a chance to talk with a member of the admission staff, so please allow approximately one hour. If you would like to take a tour of the campus on the same day as your interview, we ask that you choose a tour time which immediately follows your interview appointment. The online appointment calendar usually reflects the coming 2-3 month(s) and additional interview times are added frequently during the year. Please be sure to look for the "freshman" interview or the "transfer student" interview time slots. Register for an interview.
Campus tours are held hourly Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters and the summer. Campus tours are led by a current Quinnipiac student, who will highlight various points of interest throughout campus, including our library, academic buildings, student center and a freshman residence hall. Please check the online calendar to register for a tour time. All tours depart from the admissions reception area (Echlin Center) and last about an hour. If you are planning to come to campus for an individual interview and would like a campus tour as well, be sure to make your interview appointment first. Register for a campus tour using the online appointment calendar.
Either before or after your tour of the Mount Carmel Campus, we hope you'll drive the short distance to the York Hill Campus to see the TD Bank Sports Center (twin arenas for basketball and ice hockey) as well as the residence halls for juniors and seniors, and the Rocky Top Student Center. You'll enjoy some amazing views of the region.
The North Haven Campus includes the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, the School of Education and the School of Law. Undergraduate students take their professional classes in occupational therapy, diagnostic medical sonography, radiologic science, nursing and education, and graduate students in the physical therapy and physician assistant programs take classes on the North Haven Campus. and If you would like to see the classrooms and facilities, you can come in the main entrance on weekdays, use our "self-guided" tour and walk around the buildings. Portions of the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine have access restricted to students and faculty, but most of the center can be seen on our walking tour and at our Open House programs.
