Emerging data shows that the pandemic has disproportionately affected women. Women across the country are reporting burnout, high stress levels, job loss, and exhaustion. If you’re feeling this way, you are not alone. This session has been created to help you gather yourself up, redefine what work-life balance means to you, and determine how you wish to grow forward. During this highly interactive experience, you will be introduced to mindfulness and try a simple practice. You’ll complete a reflective activity designed to assess where you're at now. And do this without any self-judgment. You’ll have a chance to connect with others in breakout groups and discuss challenges and insights. Leave having identified small but powerful action steps, including how to stick with a mindfulness practice. BONUS: As a free gift, each participant will receive a copy of a book, Mindful Exercise: A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise.
