Conflict Management Workshops

You are invited to participate in a conflict management workshop to learn more about conflict management styles and build skills and confidence in conflict engagement. This workshop was developed by second-year medical student Sophia Gibson as part of a capstone project and will include pre- and post-workshop surveys to test the efficacy of this educational intervention. This study has been approved by the Quinnipiac IRB, number 16823.
