International Women’s Day Teach In

Starts March 8, 2021 on 9:00 AM (ET)

Ends March 8, 2021 on 4:00 PM (ET)

Celebrate International Women's Day with Quinnipiac's annual day-long virtual teach-in. For many, 2020 laid bare the myriad ways in which we have become frayed and fractured. The care and cultivation of our institutions, infrastructure, politics, society and the environment are crucial for our continued viability as a civilization.

Women are increasingly moving into leadership positions that situate them uniquely for addressing these gaping needs. This year’s International Women’s Day teach-in explores the many roles by which women take care of and lead the world to a sustainable future.

This year's event is presented by the Department of Cultural and Global Engagement, the Albert Schweitzer Institute, Collaborative for Interdisciplinary/Integrative Students, the women's and gender studies program, and the Arnold Bernhard Library.
