All are welcome to join for this collective moment of mindfulness which will offer participants an opportunity to destress and to emphasize personal wellbeing to help find peace and stability within themselves. The session, led by Tami Reilly, Director of Fitness and Well Being, and Terri Johnson, Associate Vice President of Operations, is offered to all students, faculty and staff.
