Pi Kapp Brotherhood Event

Proceeds chapter for the week and is a way to allow our brothers to mingle and mix in a space that is socially distanced and still be able to have the brotherhood component which has been lacking during COVID. This will be "Pass the Gavel" (a story telling event but the gavel will not actually be passed), and we will also have a "Brotherhood Hammer" in a ritual which recognizes a brother of the week and gives a foam hammer to for the week (this will be sanitized).
