Polish Violin Duo Soundcheck

Marta Gidaszewska and Robert Łaguniak have over 200 awards including competitions held in Japan, Estonia, Serbia, Denmark, Greece, Sweden, England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Germany, and Poland. They have also performed concerts in Europe, North America, South America and Asia. The Polish Violin Duo was nominated for the most important award given within polish classical music circle - Coryphaeus of Polish Music" in the category of the "Discovery of the Year. They participated in the program Classical Stage" and "Sunday with the National Institute of Music and Dance" on TVP Kultura a Polish national television promoting high culture. Their recordings, interviews and performances were featured many times on Polish radio stations including Dwójka, Merkury Klasyka and Polish Radio Rzeszów. The Duo recently released two albums with performances of music by Polish composers of the 19th and 20th centuries.
