QUADS Program Mentor Info Session I

Starts July 27, 2021 on 9:30 AM (ET)

Location Online Virtual Event

Current Quinnipiac students can learn about how to become a mentor for the QU Advancing Diversity in Science (QUADS) program.

This session will answer questions about becoming a mentor for the QUADS program. QU students from any program can apply and a science background is not required.

You may also attend our afternoon info session.

The purpose of the QU Advancing Diversity in Science (QUADS) program is to engage high school students in Connecticut school districts in developing science skills and knowledge through a place-based science education experience. Supported by secondary science teachers (facilitators), QU students (mentors) and QU faculty, students will engage in authentic sensemaking of a community-based phenomenon or to solve a community problem.
