QUality Mechanics Capstone Presentation

QUality Mechanics is a workshop open to all Quinnipiac University workers focusing on posture, movement and exercise to prevent and manage neck and back pain. Elements of this presentation include proper work station set-up, ideal body mechanics with lifting and reaching, and a series of neck and back exercises for office workers to efficiently perform throughout their work day.
