Angelika Karachristos is an active Human Resource Practitioner specializing in the areas of Learning & Development, Leadership and Organizational Development. She has been teaching at Quinnipiac University isince the Spring of 2017.

Angelika spent over a decade at People’s United Bank in various strategic human resource roles. During that time, she led Retail Banking training redesigns, managed Human Resources for five lines of business in the Retail & Business Banking Divison and collaborated with executive leadership regarding recruitment, performance management, and strategic communications. She has since parlayed her professional experiences to academia, where she draws on her professional experiences to teach and inspire the next generation of business leaders and prepare them to launch their careers.

In addition to teaching, Angelika is also an active consultant, providing expertise to both small and large businesses in the process of expansion through her own consulting firm Anthos Consulting, LLC.

Her main areas of expertise are Learning & Development, Organizational Behavior and Strategic Human Resource Management. Courses include Management & Organizational Behavior (MG210); Staffing: Recruitment, Selection & Placement (MG 306); Group & Virtual Team Processes (MG301); and, The Business Environment (SB 101).

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Connecticut College and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
