Erika Castillo is a proud native of Connecticut, though her family heritage hails from the sunny Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pace University and plans to pursue a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University this year. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.

Erika has nine years of experience in domestic and international admissions with a background in communications media, design, photography and videography. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and manages all diversity initiatives in Quinnipiac’s undergraduate admissions office. Erika is also the liaison to the School of Business.

Erika has traveled to over 30 countries and enjoys learning new languages, trying new food and connecting with people from all over the world.
