Associate Dean for Student Affairs

Dr. Kim-Thu Pham currently serves as Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the School of Medicine. She earned her BA in biochemistry from Harvard College, and her MD and MPH from Columbia University. She completed internship, residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Pham has been a clinician-educator in schools of medicine and public health (MCP*Hahnemann University; Yale University) and in the Veterans Administration, providing primary care to veterans for nearly a decade. She has also provided leadership in the not-for-profit sector, as senior vice president and medical director of AmeriCares Foundation. Her current areas of interest include medical student well-being, professional identity formation, and student advising.
