Assistant Professor of Accounting

Professor Zeshawn Beg is an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Quinnipiac University School of Business. Holding a doctorate in Accounting and Management from Harvard Business School, Professor Beg taught at Northeastern University and Cornell University prior to joining Quinnipiac.

As a Certified Management Accountant, former lead financial analyst and Financial Management Program graduate from General Electric, and co-founder of Boston Oncology, LLC (a pharmaceutical manufacturing startup), Professor Beg's teaching and research focuses on how accounting information can best serve the operational needs of organizations, bringing analytical rigor and business acumen together to improve organizational decision-making.

Professor Beg is very active in service at Quinnipiac. He is an active on several SoB committees, serves as an academic advisor to Accounting Majors, is the faculty advisor to the Quinnipiac Accounting Society, and is the Campus Advocate for the Institute of Management Accountants.
