Next nursing dean to bring school to 'new heights'
Lisa G. O'Connor has been named dean of the School of Nursing — the second in the school's history. Currently the associate dean, O'Connor brings decades of experience to the office. Founding Dean Jean Lange, who will retire on June 30, said of O'Connor: "Her commitment, dedication and passion are well known throughout the university and nursing community. I know she will bring the school to new heights and wish her, the faculty and staff the very best on the next stage of their journey."

For the kids

Members of the university community came together to raise more than $265,000 for the Connecticut Children's Medical Network.
