New initiative sets out to nurture internal, local and global well-being

uinnipiac is enhancing its culture of care that members of #BobcatNation carry with them well past their time at the university — with the launch of Health and Wellness Wednesdays.

“I hope students take a little time each day to do some self-reflection,” said Kevin Parker, the prevention and wellness educator. “I hope they ask themselves ‘How am I doing?’ ‘How’s my body feeling?’ ‘How’s my sense of self?’”
