Nobel laureates to discuss peace and gender issues Sept. 14

Three Nobel Prize laureates will discuss peace, gender issues and human rights when they participate in a panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Burt Kahn Court on the Mount Carmel Campus. The Albert Schweitzer Institute at Quinnipiac is sponsoring the event, which is free and open to the public.

Alfred I. Tauber, professor of philosophy emeritus and Zoltan Kohn professor of medicine emeritus at Boston University, will present the 32nd annual Alfred P. Stiernotte Lecture, "Immunity in Context: Science and Society in Dialogue," at 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26, in the Mount Carmel Auditorium.
