Dance Company to perform May 2-4
April 3, 2013 - Quinnipiac University's Dance Company will present its spring performance, "Dancing for a Cure On Broadway," May 2-4, in the Clarice L. Buckman Theater on the Mount Carmel Campus. Curtain time is at 7:07 each night.
The performance will feature a variety of dance styles, including jazz, hip hop, contemporary and tap. Music from different decades will be featured in 23 dance sets. The Twilight Tappers, a senior tap dancing group, will perform at Friday and Saturday's shows.
Dance Company is a student-run organization open to students interested in technique, choreography and performance. Dance Company promotes all types of dance through the various phases of dance production, including choreography, costuming, production and publicity.
