Direct costs are expenses for which you receive a billing statement from the Quinnipiac University Office of Student Accounts such as tuition, student fees, university/technology fees, accident insurance, health insurance and other applicable fees.

1Teaching Internships
Full-time students who are accepted into the five semester Master of Arts in Teaching program serve as student interns in designated public schools. Interns receive a tuition waiver during the internship period.
Indirect costs are expenses that you may incur but for which you do not receive a billing statement, such as average for books, supplies, transportation and miscellaneous expenses and off-campus living expenses.

Submitting the forms
Our priority processing timeline is recommended as follows:
Forms will be accepted after the designated date and complete files are processed in the order received based on the time of year you are seeking assistance and funding levels.
All students seeking financial aid need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is available after October 1. This is by far the most important document in the financial aid process.

This form is required to receive financial aid and provides information including when seeking financial aid, enrollment plans, outside resources (including tuition reimbursement) and authorization to release information.

The 2020-21 application is required for students seeking any form of assistance for Summer 2020, Fall 2020 and/or Spring 2021.
Complete the 2021-22 Application
The 2021-22 application is required for students seeking any form of assistance for Summer 2021, Fall 2021 and/or Spring 2022.
Grant funds are awarded to our full-time, on-ground graduate students who are U.S. citizens and demonstrate high financial need as evaluated by the financial aid office.
