(4 cr.) This course represents an opportunity for students to integrate their work in previous substantive courses by examining a series of common business transactions. Students work in groups to consider and make recommendations to their clients on the choice of entity, capitalization, control, valuation, compensation, and management. They consider the opportunities for expansion if the business is successful, including going public, merger or acquisition, or sale of the business.
