(3 cr.) This course provides an in-depth study of accounting principles and analysis of problems for business combinations (mergers and acquisitions), international operations and governmental and not-for-profit accounting. Students learn standard-related research skills and complete several research cases using the FASB codification database. Minimum grade for accounting majors C-.
