International Human Rights

This course considers human rights under the United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and other U.N. documents and resolutions, as well as U.N. investigation of human rights violations. The course also examines regional arrangements to protect human rights, exemplified by the European Human Rights Convention and its inter-American counterpart.
