Human Behavior in the Social Environment II: Theories for Groups, Organizations and Communities

(3 cr.) Using an ecosystems framework, this course provides an understanding of the major theories that explain the structures, functions, and dynamics of groups, organizations and communities. Students master core ideas of theories that provide the conceptual base for engaging in interventions that occur in the macro social environment.
