Kimberly O'Neill is an Associate Professor in the English Department at Quinnipiac University. Her research and teaching focus on hemispheric American studies, an interdisciplinary field devoted to understanding US literature and culture as part of a broader political and cultural context. She also teaches courses in Women's and Gender Studies and minority literatures. Her current book project deploys and revises Latina/o and hemispheric methods to frame a cultural history of the Cold War in the Americas. She has published in the Cambridge History of American Women's Literature, American Literary History, and has an article forthcoming in the Journal of American Studies.
