Joseph P. Gaspar is an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business. His research focuses on deception and ethics in negotiations and organizations. His research has been published in respected journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly, The Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational Dynamics, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, and Academy of Management Perspectives. His research has also been presented at conferences such as the Academy of Management, Society for Business Ethics, and International Association for Conflict Management.
Professor Gaspar teaches courses in management and leadership in the graduate business program in the School of Business. Prior to joining Quinnipiac University, he was an instructor at Rutgers Business School. At Rutgers, he taught undergradute and graduate courses in business ethics, statistical methods, research methods, organizational behavior, and strategic management.
Professor Gaspar received his BS from Penn State University and PhD in Management and Global Business (organizational behavior and economics) from Rutgers Business School (Rutgers University).
