Joseph P. Gaspar is an assistant professor of management in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University.
Professor Gaspar's research focuses on deception and ethics in negotiations and organizations. His research has been published in respected journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly, The Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational Dynamics, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, and Academy of Management Perspectives. His research has also been presented at conferences such as the Academy of Management, the Society for Business Ethics, and the International Association for Conflict Management.
In 2016, Professor Gaspar received the Quinnipiac University Faculty Scholar Award.
Professor Gaspar received his BS from Penn State University and PhD in Management and Global Business from Rutgers University.
