Each week, Vincent Contrucci, director of community service at Quinnipiac, will lead a hike on a different route with varying intensity.

Participants are encouraged to wear loose-fitting shorts, a lightweight shirt and cross-training sneakers or hiking boots. Insect repellent is also encouraged.
