When I think back to my undergraduate degree, it changed my life. It led to a career in communications and now in academia. It taught me the value of clear and concise communications, a skill that is valuable no matter what career you choose. And it resulted in lifelong friends — four of them came to Quinnipiac this past year to take in a Bobcat hockey game.
I came to Quinnipiac three years ago because I was impressed with the focus on students. We will teach you the skills and the thought processes that will enable you to hit the ground running when you graduate.
Our faculty and staff are motivated to ensure your success, as am I. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of us for any help or advice you might need. I have an open-door policy for students – you can come see me, or email me, at any time and for anything.
Above all, enjoy the next four years. Have fun, but work hard in everything you do.
