The university is hosting a special summer fitness virtual bootcamp for students, faculty and staff.

The free fitness program is designed to offer members of the Quinnipiac community motivation to keep moving throughout the heart of the summer.

Throughout the month, a new video will be emailed to all participants — showcasing a variety of workouts — from abs to restorative yoga and more.

Each of the 31 videos will be between 30 to 60 minutes long and led by a variety of fitness instructors.

Participants can sign up at IMLeagues.com or email Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well being, at tami.reilly@qu.edu.
