How students can prioritize self-care during exams

Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well being, offers advice to help students do their best during final exams.

1. Prioritize your sleep.

2. Remember to eat meals to fuel your brain and body.

3. Schedule some time to move your body in any way that feels right for you: going to the gym, taking a walk outdoors, dancing, doing a yoga class — anything you enjoy.

4. Remember to breathe. Your breath is a powerful, use the power of a pause and time to connect with your breath to reset and refocus your mind and body.
