The voicemail box is monitored throughout the day, 7 days a week, and someone will promptly return your call to assist you with your payment.

Under Forms, click on the “Decision Form” link and make your selections.

Matriculation Fee/Housing Deposit Waiver
You may submit a matriculation fee/housing deposit fee waiver form if you have been offered a Federal PELL grant as part of your financial aid package or are a VA benefit-eligible veteran or dependent. Please submit the fee waiver form to request a waiver of your matriculation fee/housing deposit and security deposit.
You will be prompted to log into the Applicant Portal using your email and login credentials. Once you’ve completed the form, we will review your information and confirm whether your request has been approved.
