Are You Smarter Than A Phi-th Grader?

The Zeta Zeta chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma invites you to participate in our “Are You Smarter Than a Phi-th Grader” philanthropy fundraiser! Our chapter’s philanthropy of School and College Readiness seeks to help students, specifically from Title I schools, both inside and outside of the classroom by raising funds for supplies and extracurricular activities that schools may struggle to provide. We hope to inspire the next generation of learners through our time and donations, and we hope you can help us do the same! Our chapter’s Title I partnership with Dunbar Elementary School located in Hamden has been a cause near and dear to our hearts. This year we decided to continue the success of this event, which helps us raise funds in order to provide necessary supplies and support for Dunbar Elementary School, as well as create a fun event for others to participate in! “Are You Smarter Than a Phi-th Grader” is a trivia-style event much like the popular game show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” Teams of 8 contestants will compete against each other and a team of women from our chapter by answering trivia questions, and the winner will receive a prize from our chapter! All proceeds generated from this event will be donated to Dunbar Elementary School and we will have baked goods and other snacks for sale, we hope to see you there!
