In today's social and political climate, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts have sparked passionate discussions. Some view Inclusion as essential to fostering belonging and fairness, while others question its impact and implementation. This interactive conversation will explore the purpose, challenges, and future of DEI initiatives. At Quinnipiac, our mission is to create an inclusive community where every member is acknowledged, respected and has the necessary resources to thrive, both individually and together. The Office of Inclusive Excellence works to co-create a globally engaged, culturally rich and highly collaborative campus through our programmatic efforts, first-year transitional and leadership programs, identity and cultural organizations, and training opportunities.
