In celebration of Latinx and Hispanic Heritage Month and LGBTQ+ History Month, Quinnipiac Creative Writing presents a reading and Q&A featuring queer Colombian-American writer and educator Santiago Jose Sanchez, author of the debut novel "Hombrecito," a finalist for the New York Public Library Young Lions Fiction Award and named a Best Book of the Year by NPR, Debutiful, and Kirkus Reviews. Sanchez will read from their work and engage in a Q&A with the audience following the reading. The event is free and open to the public.
