Jared Buchanan is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, ultra-marathoner, and mental health advocate. After losing his father, Officer Paul Buchanan of East Hartford PD, to suicide, Jared turned to long-distance running as a way to heal and raise awareness about the mental health challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and communities everywhere. He now shares his story nationwide to inspire hope, resilience, and change for all.
