Assoc Prof of Business Analytics and Information Systems
Ae-Sook Kim is an Associate Professor of Management at Quinnipiac University. As a scholar, her research agenda focuses on health and social policy, as well as health services research especially linked to nursing home quality. She has explored internal and external factors, and the resources affecting the facilities' quality performance. She is also interested in policies and practices that promote diversity and inclusion in healthcare settings and higher education. She has published articles in leading journals such as the Journal of Health Politics, Policy, and Law, Health Care Management Review, the Policy Studies Journal, and the Social Science Journal as a sole author or the first and corresponding author.
