David A. Valone specializes in the history of science and medicine in Britain and the United States in 19th and 20th century and has published work on the intellectual life of early 19th century Cambridge University, on British economic theory relating to Ireland, and on the history of in-vitro fertilization in the US. He also has a strong interest in aspects of American popular culture during the 20th century.
