Assistant Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy

Erin Lampron is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Physical Therapy Department at Quinnipiac University, teaching in the content areas of neurorehabilitation and human anatomy.

She earned a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2002. In 2005, she graduated from Sacred Heart University with a MS in Physical Therapy. Dr. Lampron received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from Arcadia University. She has been recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist since 2011.

Dr. Lampron spent most of her clinical career practicing in inpatient rehabilitation. During this time, she developed a passion for working with individuals with neurological injury, and a special interest in spinal cord injury rehabilitation.

Scholarly interests include the exploration of the use of telehealth in neurologic rehabilitation and the effect of participation in community health and wellness programming in special populations.

Dr. Lampron is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the CT Chapter of the APTA, serving as the Co-Chair for the Neurology Special Interest Group. She is active at the national level as a member of the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy Annual Conference Committee.
