Gary Giumetti is a professor of psychology at Quinnipiac University. He teaches courses in industrial-organizational psychology (including advanced personnel psychology and occupational health psychology), statistics, senior seminar/capstone, and research methods courses in the psychology department. His research interests are in the following 3 areas: 1) interpersonal mistreatment in the workplace (including cyberbullying and incivility) and its impact on health and performance; 2) organizational justice, diversity issues, and employee attitudes in personnel practices; and 3) health promotion and positive organiational behavior.
